Eggs2 unit(s)
Wheat flour1 cup
Milk200 ml
Oil60 ml
Diced Bacon200 g
grated mozzarella200 g
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Parsley and chopped chives to taste
Medium onion, diced1 unit(s)

Fry the bacon with the onion until golden brown. Let it cool and add the parsley and chives.
In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs, add the milk, oil, mozzarella, wheat flour, bacon and finally the yeast.
Taste to see if you need to add salt.
Place in a refractory or individual forminhas and take it to the medium oven for about 20 minutes or until it is firm and a little golden.
Serve warm, it's delicious.
