- DOUGH: Wheat flour2 cup

- Sour cream200 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- FILLING: Cooked and shredded chicken breast300 g
- Chopped hearts of palm200 g
- Corn200 g
- cream cheese100 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Chopped Tomato2 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cherry tomatoes for garnish to taste
- Oregano to taste
- I started by preparing the stuffing, in a frying pan I sautéed the garlic until golden, added the onion and tomato, added the chicken breast, hearts of palm, corn and seasonings, sautéed well, added a little water and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- I turned off the heat and finished with cream cheese, set aside
- For the dough I didn't use a blender because it's very simple, I mixed it with a whisk, I started mixing the eggs and the butter and I added the rest of the ingredients.
- In a greased shape with olive oil, I added half the dough, over the stuffing and covered with the rest of the dough. Decorated with oregano and tomatoes.
- Baked in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
