- Chicken breast500 g
- Corn flour3 cup
- Chopped green pepper1 unit(s)
- Boiled egg1 unit(s)
- Green corn1 can(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Black Pepper to taste
- Water1 l
- Chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Cook the chicken breast in water with all the seasonings. Reserve the cooking broth
- Shred the chicken breast. Reserve
- In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic and pepper in butter
- Add the chicken and corn to the stew and fry for 2 minutes
- Add half of the chicken cooking broth and let it cook.
- Gradually add the corn flour, mixing well to avoid lumps.
- In a greased baking dish, spread the boiled egg and tomato, cut into slices.
- Arrange the dough in the pan, pressing lightly to compact it.
- Allow to cool before unmolding
