Chicken fricasse

Bata no liquidificador o requeijão, creme de leite e a água.
Refogue o frango com o creme que bateu no liquidificador. Junte o sal até ficar uma testura espessa. Coloque num recipiente de vidro ou assadeira. Cubra com mussarela. Leve ao forno até borbulhar. Espalhe a batata palha e sirva .

Blend the cream cheese, cream and water in a blender.
Sauté the chicken with the cream that hit the blender. Add the salt until it becomes a thick texture. Place in a glass container or baking dish. Cover with mozzarella. Bake in the oven until bubbly. Spread the potato straw and serve.
