- In the pressure cooker, place a thread of eye, the knor and the chicken and stir until golden.
- Then add the seasonings and cover with water, let it get pressure for 30 minutes.
- Remove the pieces and reserve the cooking water. Shred the pieces well or pass in the Mixer
- In the blender, add the cans of corn, the cream, the curd and the water from the cooking of the chicken and beat everything for 3 minutes.
- In another pan, add onion, garlic, tomato and pepper and let it fry well.
- Add the shredded chicken and stir everything, then add the cream of corn and stir. Let it cool for 2 minutes
- In a refractory, place the chicken, cover with cheese and potato straw and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
