- In a pan on the fire, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil, then pour the shredded chicken into the pan and finish putting the other ingredients (tomato, peppers, olives, seasonings, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste) stir these ingredients well and then pour the mixture made in the blender made with the curd, cream and corn, done that stir everything very well in the pan and then throw everything in a refractory, then place the slices of mozzarella on top and take it to the oven for 10 min until browning.
