- Cream cheese200 g
- Shredded chicken breast800 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic1 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Straw Potato1 to taste
- Mozzarella1 to taste
- Cream of corn: beat 2 cans of corn without water, 1 can of cream and 200g of curd for about 5 minutes and set aside
- Sauté the shredded chicken breast in olive oil along with crushed garlic and diced onion for 5 minutes.
- In a pan, place the sautéed mixture, the cream of corn on top, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 minutes. Serve together with potato chips.
