- Chicken breast1/2 unit(s)
- Can of green corn1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 dessert spoon
- Milk1 cup
- Grated or sliced mozzarella cheese350 g
- Straw Potato1 unit(s)
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cook the chicken breast with seasoning to taste, let the broth reduce, remove the breast, shred and set aside.
- In the blender put the green corn, milk, wheat flour, salt and beat everything.
- Add the liquid from the blender with the (reduced) chicken broth, turn on the heat and stir until it thickens.
- In the same pan, still on low heat, add the shredded chicken and the cream, stir until smooth and let it boil. Turn off the fire.
- In a shape or platter put the cream and cover, on top with the grated or sliced cheese. Bake at 200 degrees • until the cheese melts.
- After melting the cheese, remove from the oven and add the potato straw. Serve with rice.
