- Olives - preferably pitted100 g
- Shredded chicken breast2 unit(s)
- Sliced Mozzarella200 g
- Straw Potato100 g
- Salt0 to taste
- Place the corn, cream cheese, cream and water in a blender.
- Sauté the cream in the blender with the shredded chicken, olives and salt until it has a thick texture.
- Place the sauté on a baking sheet, cover with mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven until bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and place the potato straw on top.
- Now enjoy your fricasse with fresh white rice ❤
