- DOUGH: Wheat flour with yeast1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- FILLING: Shredded chicken breast400 g
- Tomato Extract4 tablespoon
- Corn1/2 can(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and Garlic to taste
- In a pan greased with oil and heated over low heat, add the chicken breast. Saute and season to your liking.
- Add the tomato extract and let it Cook. Then add the corn and set aside.
- To prepare the dough you will add to a mixer or blender, the egg, the flour and milk. Knock and remember that the dough should be light and thin.
- Place part of the dough over low heat in a frying pan, and let it brown on both sides.
- Then add some of the sauce to the dough, and roll it up. Do this with all the rest of the dough, and distribute the pancakes on a platter.
- Spread some tomato paste over the pancakes, then add the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese to melt.
