- Cold Butter250 g

- Salt to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- Chicken breast1 kg
- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Sour cream200 ml
- First start by cooking the chicken breast with a little salt and seasonings to taste. Once cooked, shred and set aside.
- Once shredded, brown the garlic and add the shredded chicken with seasonings to taste, tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
- Add the cream to the chicken, so that it is well wet and let it thicken.
- Pasta: Add the wheat and butter in a bowl, until crumbly.
- Add a little salt to taste.
- 1 egg.
- Knead until the dough is very smooth.
- Let your dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Use half of the dough to line the platter and the other half to cover the filling.
- Brush the pie with 1 egg yolk and take it to the medium oven (180°C), preheated for 40 minutes.
