- Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- Milk400 ml

- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- FILLING PREPARATION Sauté the chicken with garlic and onion, and cook under pressure for 20 minutes, then shred (IF YOU ARE USING ALREADY COOKED AND SHREDDED CHICKEN, REMOVE BEFORE ADDING THE OTHER INGREDIENTS) Mix the olives, corn, carrots and cilantro to the shredded chicken, put a little of your seasoning, I used half a sazon and a spoon of Bahia seasoning (I DID NOT ADD SALT BECAUSE I USED IT IN THE COOKING) Add the 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and mix well.
- DOUGH PREPARATION In a blender, beat the milk, eggs and oil for 2 minutes. Add the other ingredients little by little Beat well until the dough is homogeneous. In the greased and floured form, pour half of the dough, then put the stuffing and spread carefully using a fork, then cover with the rest of the dough. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes or until golden. (TIME VARIES FROM OVEN TO OVEN)
