- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast400 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- Olives50 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt and spices to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cut all the stuffing ingredients. In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil or oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the tomato, corn, olives and shredded chicken, sauté well and add the tomato sauce, salt and seasonings of your choice. Finally, with the fire off, add the cream. Let cool.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C while you prepare the dough. Grease the bottom of the pan with oil.
- In the blender, beat all the liquid ingredients of the dough, after adding the flour and salt, beat until homogeneous, leaving the yeast last.
- Place half of the dough on the baking sheet, with a spoon spread the stuffing over the dough and finish with the other half of the dough on top, if you like sprinkle oregano on top and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
