- Seasoned shredded chicken to taste450 g
- In the blender, place the eggs, oil, milk, grated cheese, salt and wheat flour. TIP: Always add liquid ingredients first.
- Beat everything for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add the baking powder and beat for 15 seconds to mix the yeast into the dough.
- Then pour half of this dough into a greased and floured shape.
- Then add the stuffing on top of that dough. TIP: If you don't want to use chicken to fill your pie, you can use cheese, ham, tuna, etc.
- Cover the filling with the rest of the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until golden.
