- First put the yolks and butter, then I put two cups of wheat flour and I was pouring the last one little by little. Add a little wheat flour and mix until it thickens better.
- Filling: Half a kilo of cooked and shredded chicken breast. I cooked the chicken with homemade seasoning, salt and pepper. A little oil, water and I left it in the pressure cooker for about 15 minutes after I got pressure
- After shredding, I put in a pan with butter, a spoonful of homemade seasoning, a package of tomato sauce, a package of corn and canned peas without the canned water. Two spoons of mayonnaise and two spoons of ketchup. I waited to get the taste for about 7 minutes on low heat and that's it.
- I greased a form with a removable background and put the dough in the form. I fixed it with my hands, on the bottom and side of the mold. Then add the chicken with the sauce and add the curd and cheese.
