- Recipe
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Butter5 tablespoon
- Shredded chicken or ground chicken1 unit(s)
- Gem / for brushing1 unit(s)
- Cheese1 to taste
- Mix the flour and butter.
- Knead until the dough is smooth and does not stick to your hands.
- Reserve for about 20 minutes in the fridge.
- Cook the chicken with sauce and seasoning to taste.
- Separate the dough into two halves.
- Use one of the halves to line the bottom of the pan.
- Stuff with chicken and cheese.
- Close with the other half of the dough on top and brush with the yolk.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
