- _ cooked and shredded chicken breast1 kg
- _can of corn without water1 can(s)
- _can of cottage cheese1 can(s)
- _can of cream1 can(s)
- _Chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- _3 garlic clove3 to taste
- _salt and pepper1/2 to taste
- _olive oil/soybean oil1 tablespoon
- _straw potato100 g
- _mozzarella cheese200 g
- _parsley1 cup
- Hit the blender; the corn with the cream and the curd, set aside.
- Sauté the garlic and onion and add the shredded chicken breast, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the beaten ingredients to the blender and stir well over low heat for 5 minutes and add the parsley to taste.
- In a platter add all the chicken, put the mozzarella and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- When removing the chicken from the oven to finish, put the straw potato and that's it.
