Eggs3 unit(s)
Olive oil10 g
Cottage cheese50 g
Grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated is better)20 g
Almond flour30 g
Seasonings (salt, black pepper and oregano)1 to taste
Royal Powder1 tablespoon

Beat in the blender, eggs, oil, cottage cheese and Parmesan, beat well!!
Then add the flour and finally the seasonings and the Royal powder.
*Mounting * Put the dough, stuffing, catupiry dough, and finish with grated mozzarella.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, until golden on top.
Use 225ml disposable molds or if you prefer you can make a single portion
