- Chicken breast1 kg

- Pinch of black pepper to taste
- Culinary cottage cheese400 g
- Milk500 ml
- Oil250 ml
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Pinch salt to taste
- Cook the chicken for 30 minutes in the pressure cooker. Remove 1 cup of the cooking broth. You will use it later. Drain the rest. Tip to shred the chicken more easily, cover the pressure cooker and shake well. If possible, remove the pin. There is no danger as the pot will not take up more pressure. Heat the oil and add the finely chopped onion, wait for it to fry and then add the garlic, fry a little more and add the chopped seedless tomatoes. Add the chicken. Dissolve the salt and black pepper in the reserved chicken broth, this broth will better incorporate the dry ingredients and enhance the chicken's flavor. Stir well until everything is homogeneous, turn off the heat.
- Now for the dough: Blend all ingredients in a blender, starting with the liquids. leave the yeast for last. Line a large mold with some of the dough. Add the chicken, the cheese and finally the rest of the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes. This time may vary from oven to oven. Let it brown and it's ready! Enjoy your food! This is a recipe I always make here on Saturdays for lunch. It's a perfect recipe, my adult children grew up making good memories with them.
