- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Shredded Chicken300 g
- Oregano1 to taste
- Start the recipe by sautéing your shredded chicken I didn't specify the seasonings because it's to taste I use garlic, onion, dehydrated herbs and salt. After sautéed, we need this chicken already cold.
- Place oil, eggs, milk and parmesan cheese in a blender and blend until creamy.
- Add the flour and yeast and beat just to combine. Pasta ready!
- In a refractory greased with margarine and wheat flour, place half the dough, on top add the shredded chicken and cottage cheese, cover with the rest of the dough and sprinkle oregano on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, depending on your oven.
