- Wheat Flour400 g
- Milk300 g
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomato4 unit(s)
- Olive slices100 g
- Sliced onion for topping2 unit(s)
- Parsley bunch1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Oil for sautéing the chicken50 ml
- Oregano1 to taste
- Chopped Garlic1 to taste
- Corn200 g
- Cook the chicken and shred it.
- Sauté the chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped garlic, corn, oregano and chopped parsley. Put the chicken and refog, adjust the salt. Turn it off and let it cool down a bit.
- Preparing the dough: in the blender place the eggs, milk and wheat flour and beat well. Put the salt and a cap and a half of yeast and beat for five seconds.
- Unite the shape with butter and wheat. Place a layer of dough, place the chicken and the rest of the dough on top
- Place the sliced onions and olives on top of the pie.
- Bake in the oven until golden at 170° for half an hour in the oven. test with the fork
