- Boiled and mashed sweet potato1/2 unit(s)

- Mix all the ingredients and make the bottom of the molds then bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
- For the stuffing I made shredded chicken with tomato sauce, I left it leaner to make it better for stuffing.
- Important tip.
- We made several tartlets (dough) but we filled them only at the time of eating to keep the dough dry and crispy.
- The next day it softened, put it in the microwave for a few seconds and it was dry again.
- You can vary the filling with vegan options as the dough has nothing of animal origin.
- Option like mushroom and leek or roasted vegetables.
- You can prepare it in a large pan or in small portions like I did without dairy products without lactose without white flours.
