- Fresh ricotta100 g
- The chickpeas soak for 24 hours, cook in the pressure cooker. Add salt, black pepper and olive oil, salt in a blender or mix.
- Make a ricotta paste with the ricotta, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, paprika chimichuri and a little water.
- Forre the dough in a removable form or pie form, add the chicken and the ricotta paste. To finish you can put grated parmesan and oven for 25 min at 180°.
