- Cut the onion into half moons and place in a pan to fry, fry well until it becomes very transparent. Remove the corn from the cob and put it in the blender.
- Add the milk, eggs and a little salt and pepper to the corn. hit well
- Place the onion with the oil that was fried, the cheese, and add the liquid from the blender. Be careful with the salt as the cheese is a little salty
- Leave in the oven for approximately 40 min at 200°, or until golden brown.
