Chocolate Cake with Strawberries

Triturar a bolacha no processador e misturar com a manteiga derretida. Colocar no fundo e nas laterais de uma forma de fundo removível de 23cm, prensando bem com as mãos e levar para assar em forno pré aquecido por 10 minutos.

Grind the biscuit in the processor and mix with the melted butter. Place on the bottom and sides of a 23cm springform pan, pressing well with your hands and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Para o recheio, juntar o leite condensado, creme de leite e leite em pó e cozinhar até ponto de brigadeiro cremoso. Reservar até esfriar.

For the filling, add the condensed milk, milk cream and powdered milk and cook until creamy. Reserve until cool.

Para a gananche que irá cobrir a torta, basta derreter o chocolate e misturar com o creme de leite.

For the gananche that will cover the pie, just melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream.

Colocar os morangos cortados ao meio na base da torta, cobrir com o brigadeiro de leite em pó e finalizar com a ganache e decorar com morangos. Levar para a geladeira por 2 horas, desenformar e servir!

Place the strawberries cut in half on the base of the pie, cover with the powdered milk brigadeiro and finish with the ganache and decorate with strawberries. Take to the fridge for 2 hours, unmold and serve!
