- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk2 cup
- Mandeiga2 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder (cocoa)7 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Pasta In a blender add the eggs, chocolate powder, butter, wheat flour, sugar and milk, then beat for 5 minutes.
- Add the yeast and mix with a spatula gently.
- In a greased shape, pour the dough and bake in a medium oven (180º C) preheated for about 40 minutes. Don't forget to use a tall mold for this recipe: as it takes yeast, it rises a lot!
- Syrup In a pan, heat the butter and mix the chocolate powder until it is homogeneous.
- Add the cream and mix well until you get a creamy consistency. If you want to make a more consistent decoration, just like the one in the photo, leave it almost at the brigadeiro point.
- Turn off the heat and add the sugar. Decorate the cake with cherry or strawberry
