- Wheat Flour500 g
- Butter150 g
- Sugar350 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
- Royal Icing2 cup
- Dye to taste
- Water to taste
- In a container, mix the sifted wheat flour and baking soda. Then add the sugar and mix. Add the butter and mix with your hands until you form a farofa.
- Add the eggs one at a time, kneading until the dough releases from the hands. If necessary add more flour. Finally add the vanilla essence and mix.
- Open the dough with a roll. Cut out the dough with cookie cutters. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at medium temperature (180°C) until golden brown.
- Put the frosting in a bowl and mix it with one or two spoons of water, the mixture should be creamy. Put the desired coloring and confection the biscuit.
