- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Chimichurri10 g
- Oregano10 g
- Garlic2 to taste
- Salt to taste
- Soybean oil to taste
- Water1 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Ham100 g
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Start by preparing the ground beef. In a pan put the garlic, chimichurri, salt and a drizzle of oil.
- Sauté the ground beef well, add half a cup of water and let it cook until the water dries up. Reserve.
- In another pan put the already chopped chayote, garlic, salt and a thread of oil. Add half a cup of water and let it cook.
- With the chayote already cooked, in the blender add it with the wheat flour, the egg and the margarine. Beat well until it forms a cream.
- In a refractory, put half of the cream that you just beat.
- Add the ground beef and top with the ham and mozzarella.
- Now, add the rest of the dough and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and oregano on top.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the cheese forms a crust. Now and just serve!
