- sour cream (or 1 cup of plain yogurt)1 can(s)
- wheat flour2 cup
- cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- baking powder1 tablespoon
- Topping: dulce de leche I cooked a box and a half of condensed milk in the glass pot in the pressure cooker
- Beat the eggs, butter, sugar and cream in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Then add the wheat, beat another minute, then the cinnamon and beat the mixture in the pulse mode, finally the baking powder and stir with the spoon delicately.
- Grease a mold with margarine and wheat, of your preference (I used a small round one).
- Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- I cut it in half, as soon as it cooled down and put some of the dulce de leche, on top I made pitanguinhas.
- Note: if you don't have a pastry bag, you can pass the dulce de leche normally
