- Margarine or butter4 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Milk 1 and a half cup1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Shredded Coconut1 to taste
- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar and margarine or butter. Beat well until it turns into a cream.
- Add the wheat flour alternating with the milk and mix well.
- Add the baking powder and stir lightly.
- Place the dough in a rectangular baking dish and bake in the oven until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Pierce the entire cake with a fork so that the syrup wets the cake well.
- Make a syrup with condensed milk and coconut milk and water all over the cake.
- Sprinkle grated coconut and take it to freeze.
