- Dough: wheat flour3 cup
- Chilled butter, cubed200 g

- Squeezed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped green parsley to taste

- Sour cream400 g
- cream cheese200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Dough: In a bowl, place the wheat flour, butter, salt, mix (squeezing with your fingertips) add the egg and mix again by squeezing with your fingertips
- Cover the dough and place in the fridge to rest for 20 minutes.
- Open the dough at the bottom and sides in a removable way, make holes with the help of a fork and take it to pre-bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
- Stuffing: In a pan over medium heat, place the olive oil, onion, garlic and sauté
- Add the chopped green smell, olive, codfish, mix well and turn off the heat.
- Add the cream, the cream cheese, the black pepper and mix
