- Sweet olive oil1/2 cup

- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Butter4 tablespoon

- Unleavened Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Milk1 l
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Grated nutmeg1 coffee spoon
- Sour cream2 cup
- Potatoes, boiled and cut into slices500 g
- Coarse grated mozzarella150 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Boil the cod and shred it into large flakes
- Take the skillet over low heat, heat the oil, brown the onion, garlic and mix the cod, turn off and wait for it to cool.
- Melt the butter and brown the onion
- Mix the wheat flour, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes and then gradually add the hot milk, add the salt, pepper, nutmeg and cook until thickened.
- Turn off the fire and add the cream and put it in a refractory, alternate layers of potato, cod, sauce and mozzarella
- Cover with the rest of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes, then add the grated cheese and serve.
