- Demerara sugar340 g
- Brewed coffee (strong)400 ml
- Soybean oil150 ml
- Wheat flour480 g
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder30 g
- Crystal sugar150 g
- Butter20 g
- Brewed coffee (strong)20 g
- Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the egg whites.
- Then beat the yolks with the demerara sugar until it forms a fluffy cream.
- Now add the rest of the dough ingredients and beat for a few minutes. (Use a mixer if you prefer).
- Using a spatula, fold in the snow whites into the dough.
- Grease a roast of your choice and take the dough to bake in a high and preheated oven until golden. (approximately 30 minutes).
- For the topping you must start by putting all the ingredients (powdered chocolate, granulated sugar, butter and strained coffee) in a pan and lighting on low heat. Now you must mix until it forms a smooth and shiny syrup.
- Ready.
