- Take the chicken already cooked and shredded to a pan with a chill of oil, add the chopped onion and tomato and let it sauté a little.
- Add salt, tomato paste and a little water to cook
- Let it cook for about 15 minutes or when you notice that the water has dried up and the chicken is almost dry.
- After cooling, mix the corn and peas, stir well
- In the first layer of bread, at the base, place with the help of a spoon, a little milk to wet the bread
- Once wet, spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bread and over that layer of mayonnaise and then chicken.
- Do this successively until the layers are finished.
- Once the pie is assembled, place the mayonnaise on all sides and on top, cover the pie well with the rest of the mayonnaise, garnish with straw potatoes.
- Refrigerate, serve cold
