- Cooked rice1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Corn starch1.5 tablespoon
- Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Filling* to taste
- * I used, all chopped into cubes: 1/2 carrot / 1 tomato without the seeds / 1 glass of hearts of palm / 1 onion. I also put 1 can of corn without the water and seasoned with salt, pepperoni and smoked paprika. Regardless of the filling you choose, mix all the ingredients and set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients of the dough, except for the yeast, in the blender until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Add the yeast and beat in the pulse until incorporated.
- Mix the dough into the filling and mix well. Transfer to a greased roast with oil and flour (I used rice) and bake the dough at 200° for 40 minutes.
- It's ready, enjoy.
