- Milk500 ml
- Salt1 tablespoon

- Half-cured shredded cheese300 g
- Heat the oil and butter and sauté the onion cut into slices until golden and set aside.
- Blend the chopped corn, eggs, oil and milk in a blender until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Transfer the liquid to a bowl and add the salt, milharina, cheese, sauteed onion and mix well.
- Place in a refractory shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
