- Milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Cornmeal Mimoso1 cup
- Oil05 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Fennel to taste
- Beat everything in the blender, except the cornmeal, fennel and yeast. (Also add the cornmeal if you use a mixer)
- Gradually while beating add the Cornmeal. (skip this one if you use a stand mixer)
- After, add the yeast until mixed with the dough. (Don't let it hit too much)
- Place in the oven at the lowest temperature, when the desired height rises in the form, increase the temperature to bake.
