- Cornmeal mimoso1 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Baking soda1 coffee spoon
- Salt2 coffee spoon
- Grated Mozzarella3/4 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk1.25 cup
- Vegetable oil1/2 cup
- Stuffing (I used fresh peas)3/4 cup
- Seasonings to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients, with the exception of the yeast, and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Add the yeast and stir gently to incorporate.
- Put it in a greased shape with oil and cornmeal and take it to the preheated oven (200°) for 20 minutes (do the toothpick test). Remove and let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
