- Seasoning and Salt to taste
- Yellow corn flour1 cup
- Take a pan with a little oil or olive oil and sauté the onion and peppers.
- When they wilt, add the chopped sardines and sauté a little longer.
- Then add the tomato sauce and seasoning to taste.
- When the sauce starts to boil, add the corn and peas.
- Then add the corn flour and stir non-stop for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then just distribute it in a shape with a hole in the middle and take it to the fridge until it freezes. You can put some slices of tomato and boiled egg in the bottom of the mold before putting the couscous to decorate.
