- Cream cheese500 g
- Sugar100 g
- Corn Starch1 teaspoon
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Vanilla1 coffee spoon
- Lemon zest1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
- Guava200 g
- Water200 ml
- Start depare the whites from the yolks. In a battery beat the egg whites with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat for 4 minutes. Turn off the mixer and add the cornstarch, beat for another minute. With the mixer off, add the egg yolks, the zest of a lemon juice, the vanilla and the ricotta cream. Mix gently with a spatula or fouet. Grease a mold with a removable base and line it with parchment paper and butter again. Pour the dough into the greased mold and bake at 180° for 40 minutes. Cut the guava smudge into cubes and put it in a container with water. Bring to a low boil, stirring constantly, until the guava paste melts. Turn off the heat and let cool. When it's cold, pour the syrup over it, put peppermint leaves to decorate.
