- Wheat Flour300 g
- Butter at room temperature150 g
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Cream cheese100 g
- Can of Whey Free Cream1/2 unit(s)
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan200 g
- Shredded Mozzarella200 g
- Oregano to taste
- Grated Parmesan for garnish to taste
- Bring the butter to room temperature and place in a large bowl cut into small pieces.
- Add the flour and salt and mix with your hands until it forms a dough.
- Put this dough in a mold with a removable bottom (I used mini pie pans) and line the sides and middle well, pressing well, make holes in the dough with a fork (so as not to inflate)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes and set aside (if you are baking in mini molds, bake for about 2 minutes)
- Make the filling: In a bowl, place the eggs, cream, cream cheese and mix well, set aside
- Put the grated parmesan cheese and grated mozzarella on the pre-baked pie
- Cover with the creamy filling, grated parmesan and oregano to taste and return to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes (if you make it in mini molds, bake for about 15 minutes)
- Wait for it to cool and unmold carefully, serve next 😋
