- Salt to taste
- Chicken1 kg
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Gem1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, salt and 1 egg.
- Mix until it forms a ball and does not stick to your hands.
- Prepare the chicken to your liking and mix the Cottage cheese. Let cool.
- Line individual molds and fill the pies.
- To close the patties, open a little of the dough in the palm of your hands and cover each patty, removing the excess dough from the edges.
- Brush with egg yolk and bake until golden.
