- Cook the potatoes in salted water until the potatoes are very tender. In the meantime prepare the chicken breast. Cut the chicken breast into cubes (so that it can cook faster) in a pan, sauté the seasonings to taste (garlic, onion, saffron, pepper, fine herbs, ) and add the chicken, give it a good stir-fry, add water and let it cook for 10 minutes. After the chicken is already cooked, shred it and add corn, olives and tomato sauce to taste (the tomato sauce will make the chicken more creamy) After the potatoes are already cooked, mash with the help of a fork, and add the milk and butter, mix very well and that's it.
- ASSEMBLY TIME: On a platter, place half of the mashed potatoes, on top of the mashed all the chicken, on top of the chicken, place generous spoonfuls of cream cheese, and cover with the rest of the mashed. Finish with grated cheese and oregano. Place in the oven and bake until the cheese is golden brown.
