- Olives to taste
- Mix all the ingredients of the dough: Wheat flour, cold butter, salt and an egg until it comes to the point of ungluing the hand, book in the fridge in two parts
- Then mix the already cooked chicken, seasoned (to taste) and shredded with the green corn, cottage cheese and cream.
- In a form with a false bottom or in a refractory place the first layer of the dough
- then put the chicken stuffing
- close the top with the second part of the dough
- Brush an egg yolk and put it in the oven.
- Use green olives to decorate
