- Wheat flour3 cup
- Corn starch1 tablespoon

- Shredded and desalted cod5 cup
- Sour cream200 ml
- Whole milk200 ml
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomatoes1 cup
- Black olives1 cup
- Leek (chopped stalks)2 unit(s)
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Chives and Parsley to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese0.5 cup
- Pasta Preparation Method: Mix all the ingredients, and let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Turn on the oven and set it to 180°. In a false bottom shape, have the dough, pierce it with a fork and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Stuffing Method: Heat the butter and saute the leek, then add the onion and saute a little more. Add the garlic and then the tomato. Put the cod, the olive, sauté a little more and put the parsley and chives. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, mix with the cream and add to the mixture. When it thickens, turn off, put the egg and stir a lot. Adjust salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the dough, cover with Parmesan and bake at 200° for 25 minutes.
