- Granulated Tapioca500 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Hot milk1.3 l
- Grated coconut (reserve a little for sprinkling)200 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Mix the tapioca with the sugar and gradually drizzle with the milk, mixing until uniform. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Add the coconut and coconut milk, mix well and pour into a central cone shape (20 cm in diameter) greased with half of the condensed milk.
- Take the fridge for 1 hour (more than that do not unmold).
- Loosen the center and the side with a knife and unmold. Cover with the rest of the condensed milk and sprinkle the coconut you reserved.
