- Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- grated cheese50 g
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and set aside. (Except the grated cheese and oregano)
- Make your favorite filling. I made shredded chicken stuffing with corn, cury, tomato, mozzarella, chimicury, parsley, garlic.
- Grease the platter with margarine and wheat flour. Throw half of the dough, put the stuffing and then complete with the rest of the dough. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and the oregano.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 230° for approximately 30 minutes. (remembering that the temperature will vary from oven to oven, stay tuned)
- Make a very cold juice and delight yourself!!!!!
