- Boiled Cassava1 kg
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Margarine or butter2 tablespoon
- Carne Seca (desalted and cooked)1/2 kg
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Tomatoes if peeled2 unit(s)
- Minced pepper (optional)1/2 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Squeeze the manioc while still hot and put it in a pan with the margarine and salt. When they are well mixed, add the cream, mix and set aside. Sauté the onion and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil. Add the shredded beef and let it fry a little. Add the tomatoes and peppers and cook until they are wilted and adjust salt if necessary, pepper and parsley. In a refractory greased with olive oil, place a layer of the manioc puree, the jerky and finish with the rest of the puree. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven to brown.
