- Wheat flour3 cup
- Oil250 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- grated cheese50 g
- Yeast2 coffee spoon
- Chicken breast500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Place the chicken breast in a pressure cooker with water until covered and salt, after boiling, let it cook for 30 minutes and shred the breast, saute it with garlic, onion and seasonings to taste and set aside.
- MASS: in a blender, place the milk, the egg, the oil, beat for about 3 minutes, add the flour, the salt and the grated cheese, beat until you get a smooth dough, not so thick, add the yeast and beat lightly.
- Place half of the dough on the baking sheet greased with oil and wheat flour, lining the bottom, add the stuffing and place the other half of the dough on top, if you wish you can sprinkle grated cheese on top, bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
