- Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies300 g
- Butter120 g
- Sour cream400 g
- Fresh cream400 ml
- Dark chocolate300 g
- Grind the cookies with the butter in the food processor until they form a moist and moldable crumb.
- Arrange in a removable background form, pressing well to form the base.
- Melt the chocolate and add the industrialized milk cream. Reserve
- In a mixer, beat the chilled fresh cream to whipped cream.
- Mix 2/3 of the ganache (chocolate with cream) into the whipped cream and the other part set aside to cover.
- Take it to the fridge, after 2 hours, when it's firm, preheat the remaining ganache and put it on top.
- You can decorate with strawberries, chocolate shavings, cherries, walnuts, chestnuts... Serve cold.
